- STIFF CLEAR LINE THAT HOLDS ITS SHAPE: The same AirFly hard type transparent line used on our traps. It stands up in an open loop over the bait instead of lying flat on the bottom, and the clear line is low visibility in the water.

Inside the bag are 6 pre-cut 16 inch leaders of the same stiff, clear hard monofilament AirFly uses on its own traps, plus 6 aluminum ferrule crimps and 6 aluminum ring crimps, enough to redo all six loops on one trap. Stiff line matters: it stands up in an open loop over the bait instead of lying flat on the bottom. Installation takes about ten minutes with standard crimping pliers (not included). Made to fit AirFly Pro and Simple 6-Loop castable crab traps and most wire bait cages with loop rings. Bait cage not included.
